Zasone Wireless offers wireless communication services, internet services, SIM products, hotspot devices, and related telecommunications services.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your account credentials.

All plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing services, you authorize Zasone LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service coverage and performance depend on network availability, equipment compatibility, geographic location, and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Customers may transfer eligible phone numbers to or from Zasone Wireless subject to industry requirements and verification procedures.

If you opt in, Zasone Wireless may send you text messages, including account and service notifications, billing alerts, customer support replies, and, where you've consented, promotional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Send spam or unlawful communications
• Interfere with network operations
• Distribute malware or harmful software
• Use services for unlawful activities

We may suspend or terminate services without notice if we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zasone LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
