Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zasone Wireless Services (“Services”).
By activating your SIM, purchasing a plan, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Overview

Zasone Wireless is a prepaid mobile provider (MVNO) offering talk, text, and data over nationwide networks. Service availability depends on your location, device compatibility, and network conditions.


2. No Contracts / Prepaid Service

All plans are prepaid and valid for 30 days.
No long-term contracts or credit checks.


3. Activation & Use

To use our Services, you must:

  • Have a compatible, unlocked device

  • Purchase a plan

  • Activate your SIM or eSIM

  • Provide accurate personal details

We may suspend service for:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of law

  • Unauthorized usage


4. Unlimited Plan Fair Usage

“Unlimited” means no cap on usage, but speeds may be slowed during network congestion. Excessive hotspot use may be restricted.


5. Number Porting

You may transfer your number (port-in or port-out).
To port-in, you must provide your previous carrier’s:

  • Account number

  • PIN or password

  • Billing ZIP code

We are not responsible for delays caused by your previous provider.


6. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Plans renew every 30 days

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

  • Prices may change with notice


7. Device Compatibility

Zasone Wireless is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible or locked devices.


8. Network Management

We may manage traffic to ensure:

  • Fair usage

  • Prevent abuse

  • Maintain network stability

This may include deprioritization during peak times.


9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Spam or send automated messages

  • Host servers

  • Engage in illegal activities

  • Abuse network resources

Violation may result in immediate termination.


10. Liability Limitations

Zasone Wireless is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Coverage limitations

  • Device issues

  • Loss of data

  • Missed calls/messages

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current plan.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
